Arthur Buchman is an American born psychologist, coach and leadership consultant living in Copenhagen since 1990. Arthur works in both English and Danish as well as on Skype.
Born in 1942, Arthur Buchman holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Psychology. In private practice since the early 1970’s, he also heads a leadership training organization, NLP World. Arthur has special competencies and decades of experience in helping people recover from anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, self-esteem issues, smoking and other addictions, stress, trauma, cult involvement and relationship problems. He is a psychologist with Falck Health Care, enabling employees and their family members from many organizations and institutions in Denmark to receive sessions covered fully by their insurance.
As a coach and trainer, Arthur teaches leadership, team building, communication skills and optimism to leaders from all over the globe. Industries where he has consulted and/or taught include consulting, delivery, education, finance, foreign service, high technology, mental health, oil, pharmaceutical, retailing, religious and social services. Arthur Buchman is a certified NLP Trainer with advanced NLP certificates in Health, Time Line Therapy, Hypnosis and Business and is a past President of the Danish Association for NLP.
Arthur Buchman is currently writing a book and presenting a workshop titled The Instant Optimist. The Instant Optimist teaches you practical techniques for building and maintaining a resilient positive outlook.
